@azym_equinox see because they don't want u to have thier projects and all set up on your personal laptop ..u can say it for security reasons ...u will be there accessing thier project, documentation , thier softwares sometimes paid software so I hope u understood its not possible for then to Take the chance of exploiting those services also that they have a tracker in office laptop which helps them to tract your working hours like how many hours u spend on visal code ,browser what u surf n all to tract ur activities which can't happen on own laptop nor will u allow them due to ur privacy reasons being there so
