Hi Nikita , i know all academic documents need to be certify but i am curious if we need to certify all non- academic documents such as HCPC form, recommendation letter, our passport , IELTS certificate, bank statement as address proof . Also can we make black and white copy from ordinal document or is it necessary to be coloured one to certify?

Use the most recent or the most appropriate one where you are confident enough that the employer has an official email ID to respond as quickly as possible. don't include too many things as they will start contacting each one of them and it might create a problem for you. Hi Nikita! You are doing a great job! I have a querry if you could help that would be great! The thing is I have applied for hcpc registration and I was told by the students here (in UK) that I need not to select the option that Eng. Is not my first language rather I should select the other option as I am studying and staying here but as I selected the "No" option and provided my ielts thinking that I am uploading this as an additional document just for language proficiency I was put on hold to give another Ielts test as I got 0.5 less in one module which less than the required score. I know so many students here who didn't provide any lang. proof and their applications were successful as they provided uk address and degree. So what do you suggest as right now I can't prepare again for ielts for some really genuine reasons. CAN I make an appeal for giving me an exemption of 0.5 score?

Transcript should be given by your college or university which includes your entire personal details, register number, course start and end date, degree marksheets ,attendance percentage internship hours and your degree percentage. U need to double check all the papers are signed and sealed by ur hod and principal of your institution.
