Hi mam ..ur video is quite helpful I have done my Bsc Medical laboratory science from 2016 -19 .then from July 2019 to dec 2021 i worked in srl diagnostics as lab technician.in July i applied for masters in Medical microbiology and will be completed in 202e june .My question is that i am doing job also with my masters degree so shoul i show experience after Bsc or 2.5 yrs experience and master degree which will be beneficial?

That means, there is no special licence exam for medical laboratory workers...only need qualification, HCPC and experience
