HCR Long Travel General Shock Testing. King shocks and Zbroz Exit Shocks

Today we give you some behind the scenes testing of some new prototype shocks from Zbroz Racing - made specifically for the HCR long travel kit for the Polaris General. This kit allows you to run larger tires, increases suspension travel, it’s very strong and adds stability with its wider stance.
Keep in mind - the exit shocks are just a prototype and will be fine tuned before release, so we imagine they’ll only get better.

What spring rate front/rear and preload values do you have your Kings set at? From watching you bump and rebound coming up the face, the rear hardly cycles up. In the woops it looks like it’s way too stiff. My general 4 with the same kit, I’m running 350lb rear springs with 1” of preload. I’m on 33” rt320. I have a full size spare in the bed and a full tool kit and cooler. My rear when compressed kisses the fender flare about a 1/4”. I had to bend up the tilt bed handle into the pocket so the tire did not hit. I Don’t remember where my clicker is set now. If you need that I can go check. But mine I feel like runs smooth without that bucking and swapping in the rear. I still have the factory king valving but have adjusted the adjusters. Hope that info helps.

The rates are whatever comes in their kit. We will have to check exact preload

@@OffCamberInd the kings I believe all come with 250 lbs at all four corners. I had to increase the rear as I needed more preload in the 250lbs than king was advising to run. King told me to shoot for 1”. Not sure but in an early vid I think you guys mentioned increasing the rear spring to a 400lbs but never mentioned preload.
