the backing vocals are only 40% though the majority of the time, and the other 60% are her live vocals over the top, if you watch some videos you can hear when she stops singing for a bit cause it goes really quiet and its just the backing vocals

Unless you've actually read the book, you shouldn't be so quick to judge. Interview in Star Mag’ 19/6/12. Cheryl Cole says “I have backing vocals because you have to. Otherwise all you would hear would be breath”. So she admits she MIMES when supposedly LIVE on The Voice, X Factor etc. We were conned big time! So you lot going to her gigs are going to watch her dance about stage and MIME to pre-recorded autotuned tracks. Lets face it, her standing still singing at Jubilee Concert was dire, imagine what would be like if shes moving a lot on stage and actually singing!!
