I tried this a few times and I also tried cleaning the charging port but my right earbud still won't work, the LED won't light up and there is no audio, only the left earbud is working. Please help me I just got these a few days ago

What can you see in the bluetooth connection? Did you see a L or R ?

@@yingNewton It doesn't show any letters, but if I get both of them out only the left one works, and if I only get the right one, it won't pair at all nor will the LED blink

What i try is use the left earbub till the case have battery no more then when u plug it both will be red

The left one had no light, so I tried what Ying says in the video and it didn´t work. I tried cleaning it with alcohol, it didn´t wort either. I pushed it in the case a little bit, didn´t work. I connected to the charging case, wait for 5 minutes and pushed it again (as Ying said in many comments) and it finally worked. Thanks!!

Give it a little push inside the case first that guy refuses to get charged by itself sometimes for whatever reason

Yup. I got the same result. Somehow the good one turned off by itself after the second try which no blinking at all. So i push the broken one inside the case then put back the good one inside the case. And after that they simultaneously blink red. It works
