Rica Mojares they used to be in sme when they were still part of tvxq with yunho and changmin. when the three of them left they filed a lawsuit against sme and even if they were able to cancel their contracts, sme and jyj are not on good terms. whenever jyj tries to be on a show sme uses their influence as major entertainment. for example: jyj made advertising for the asian games in inchoen for over a year, with mv and all. but because sme didn't want them to be on stage with their singers they didn't even get to perform like originally planned! so... junsu cried because he was finally able to be on a show. it was just possible because the network has just a small music section and doesnt have to depend on sm artists.... sry for the long article, i just get worked up over this alle the time '-.-
