The moment I first laid eyes on Nicaragua during prelims, I already knew she was a queen. Other than her, I felt like Puerto Rico was the best in Evening Gown round. Swimsuit was hands down Nicaragua. This batch had a very strong set of Latinas.

Michelle had the best figure!..Supermodel body..nice shoulders, long tapered legs and arms and a waistline designers would die for..Lu Sierra was right in her assessment of MMD..not your stereotypical beauty queen she had a great walk..She deserved a spot in the top 5..had she entered that circle, the results would have been different..Congrats to Ms Nicaragua..she earned her crown.

I’m a huge fan of Michelle and was expecting her to actually be in the Top 3 at least and possibly winning, but sorry to say that I think I understand now why she didn’t make the cut to Top 5 - her evening gown performance pose was a little awkward and wasn’t that fluid (I preferred her signature pose during MUPH Finals and thought it was a stronger, more iconic, and more fluid walk). The watered down version in MU kind of didn’t work. I think that’s the explanation why she didn’t make it. Her swimsuit performance though was one of the best.
