...? No he wasn't. Meru with Perky Step deals 600% Damage and if built right can take three turns to his one. If anything Dragoons in this game are actually terrible, additions and item use are infinitely better. Guy in this vid couldn't even break 200% with Psyche Bomb button mashing.

I had the Legendary Helm and Legendary Robe equipped for all characters (yes, I grind hard for them!!!). With these equipped, I defeated M.Frama without having to transform into Dragoons.

you must level up till you have Dart with 5,478 HP or it'll get harder dude
