I thought of my father everytime I heard this song. My beloved father was one of them. But fortunately he survived. He bought back three columbarium (骨灰罈) with him, all his locals, how sad! My mom told us that my father ate green peppers full mouth feeling nothing after he stepped down from the train to embrace my mother and sister. The melody is one of my favorites, but I feel very sorrow and cried each time. Love from Long Island, NY.
The same as the other Chinese movies, the film is the worst announced one .... The film of “Nanking Nanking” never shows the spirits of 大日本帝国. The director never knows 高砂族 made this 映画? The film makers never know 大日本帝国軍人, ...why?
