@Marina body control is like how u control ur body in dance tbh I don’t know how to describe it. It makes ur moves looks much clean and strong like when u come to the ending of the dance u wouldn’t be wobbling and have a better body coordination Like that’s a rough describing but yea . I usually train my body control with exercise that improve my core strength and physical strength to avoid passing out in dances that require a lot of energy and strength. Personally I compare the videos my teacher takes with the class and zoom in in myself and compare it from year to year. Or you could see it yourself when u dance in front of the mirror. Because it’s easy to c like for example “my feeling to the music and control is better than last year and my moves looks better and cleaner” but overall it’s just practice practice practice,have a good mindset and u don’t be shy ohoh! And the base of the moves is important even tho practicing then is boring but it’s the thing that needs the most practice but that’s my thoughts
