The one in this video (at least the huge one) is taro, and the wole plant is edible, google auto translates the titles in some screens for me, and it helps get the veggies from the title at least. Some people translate it in the comments or drag it to google translate, i just google the plant like "chinese veggie with huge leaves" and just search for immanges until i find it then i look for the name of it, lol, its a bit of a prices honestly
