The Range is thinking of having a store in Toys R Us Northampton. I used to visit Toys R Us messing about with the computers games and keyboards as child/young adult. I didn't know Smyth within the retail park. Thanks

The Range, that sounds interesting, doing some research on their stores, never been to one. Yes Smyths has only been there like couple years, think that's partly responsible for death of Toys R Us as well as issue they had, I like Smyths, but things so high up on shelves and can't reach depends what you want to look at. But Smyths is good don't get me wrong.

Too many shops closed. The new bus station contributed to the downfall of the Grosvenor Centre because it's location moved outside the Grosvenor Centre and not enough bays for the Buses. Internet shopping and high rental prices on retail property it's the main blame for the high street in the UK.

I totally agree, people moaned that the old bus station looked ugly, personally to me it was just another building. It needed some paint, restructural work and better lighting inside the old one I admit, but apart from that if they did that and the fact it actually worked it was perfect. The new one is not big enough and they still have to use Police and even helicopters I've heard to control traffic issues. The new bus station looks cheap and tacky in my opinion same with most new builds and having worked in a few new buildings where they ended up paying more money just to fix things instead of doing a proper job in the first place
