replacing the allen with a hex bolt solves the clearance problem,home depot is your friend.

Great video. Going to have the same setup with the Street Bob 22 including the flat-out bar you have. Do you think I could install this without having to remove the stock pipes?

It's possible if you have a short Allen that'll get in there. That's why I cut one and used the ratcheting open end wrench. just be patient.

So you can remove the massive bracket on exhaust side the and tidy the bike up with this set up then

If you swap your exhaust you can lose the bracket. Otherwise if you keep the stock pipes you'll still need it.
