both are good... regalia plus points- you can make it free just by adding a biller via smartpay , with regalia you can earn reward points for utility bill pay or insurance premium payment but with icici you can't . you regalia and hdfc smart buy for flight booking .. if you wanna book directly then better use icici, for normal spending icici offer slightly better reward rate.

I too had the same thought but after doing some research realized that the cashback which you get in Millenia has many terms and conditions which HDFC doesn't clearly highlight. For example, the 5% CB on Flipkart you will get only by doing minimum transaction of 2000. If you knew these aspects and still want to pursue Millenia then it its good

but its not a rule.... you can't get diners black just by spending 10 lakh annually... but you can request for upgrade if you have limit more than 7 lakhs.

login to hdfc net banking- go to cards tab- click on enquiry - click on reward points redemption - click on continue - then you will have option to convert your points to air miles...2 option available... intermiles and krish flyers .
