Pro tip: If you want some early around lvl 300 armor and weapons, try to beat Garland / Chaos Advent for few Anima Crystals and gear, then unlock the second mission in Cavern of Earth to find the Trident. Just rush, don't kill anyone and open the chests and the purple orbs. Plus, you'll guaranteed lvl 300 knuckles if you complete it for the first time. Tried it myself sometime ago. Sadly, if you're playing on Bahamut difficulty, you'll only get crests. Edit: I worked it out. There's a lone skeleton at the balcony at the end of the first corridor. Use the spear if you want to stun-lock him to death. It's pretty easy to farm him.

I didn't know about penalty, and was wondering why my 200lvl gear has almost no effect on mobs break gauge on 300+ lvl missions. Very usefull video, thank you

I rewatched this after me, my friend and girlfriend was having fun in Chaos mode. I learned that Co-Op and Single Player even in Chaos Mode act differently like in the base game, where if you choose to start with NPCs Party Members vs Player Party Members effects the amount of Enemy Health/Break Gauge including their output on damage about a % higher, meaning it could be harder with friends if their builds aren't working. Because I went back and fought a lvl 150 Bikke with my 155 build of testing out Tyrant and Lancer together, great combination even if Lancer has VERY terrible health at just lvl 30, and I was doing alright with damage I just couldn't take any form of grab moves for the most part.

I have a feeling your wants and disappointments will be satisfied with the 3 confirmed DLCs. Team Ninja is known for releasing excellent DLC. I've been playing Team Ninja's games since Ninja Gaiden on the original XBOX and have never been disappointed by a DLC.

The part of team ninja that made nioh is currently busy working on a new ninja garden game (most likely what it will be), this game was made by the other members of team ninja that made final fantasy dissidia. I thought it was the nioh team too but learned this recently, they only borrowed some assets from nioh to help make the game.

Thank you for the support! Hmm Job Crests are really grindy, I wouldn't recommend specificalyl grinding for them. But Horde Mode or Boss Rush missions are great in Coop to get lots of crests if you use the jobs you need!

Your the only guy who actually explains end game. So question are there people actively farming for 300 power sets even though they are already max level. Farming for sets etc.

Yes, but the farming is mostly done single player. Lots of people jumped on the multiplayer narrative but frankly the game is mostly played solo. You can still find coop lobbies of course if you want!

Slowly unlocking all the limit break missions at least, but I suck. My reflexes just ain't up to par for speedy games like this, but I'm getting there slowly.

What’s the best strategy to get the first 250 anima crystals so I can unlock my first 300 lvl mission and grind for gear? Yes, I was hoping to unlock lvl 300 Chaos Shrine and feed the Bombs fire for gear… but it seems I’ll have to unlock the game all the way to a Farming spot.

You can join any Multiplayer map and get carried for some gear, but the Final Fantasy X map is a great crystal farming spot - I have a video for it for Anima Shard farming but it works for crystals aswell!

hi this is a nub question should I farm anima crystal at the last part of the game where in not chaos mode forgot the name of map but it's the map where you fight chaos then is it correct I unlock one by one the difficulty of chaos shrine 1st like when I'm done and I get good gear at 150 I'll go to 160 and so on?

Well if you don't want to skip any levels than yes. or you farm 250 crystals and unlock the final level immediately.

When you said the game changes from you getting bullied by the enemies to you bullying the enemies That part Is what makes me like this game and what made me like NIOH 2 a lot. Its like I didn't know how stupidly broken I could become until the game opens up like that. It feels very rewarding and gratifying

Feel free to make builds, they ARE useful - but keep your items up to level, that's the most important.

I don't know what I did but when I go in using the ez mode I'm invincible... just running through all the level 300 missing to unlock everything.. its crazy. Making me lazy though I face tank every boss cause I can't get hurt. Bahamet mode is gonna hurt

"if you're ilevel is lower than the mission level by 6 you receive 100% more break damage" ohhhh so that's way I was getting my ass kicked constantly during the late game of the story, honestly thebgame should be more clear about that, I honestly thought the warning label was only for a reminder to update gear or you'll be constantly weaker by having lower stats then intended for the mission.

I cant wrap my head around this. Only 294 and up level gear is useful? There must be a way to make rpg with meanigful gear progression from gear level 1. Now i just press optimase my way through gear levels 1-294. Well the classes are so solid i might as well.

Personally. I don’t find optimize button useful. It focuses only on level of gear and not gear perks. I think what he was saying is that you will dismantle almost everything on your way up to 295.

On one hand yes. But then again I think this only applies mostly to the weapons. You can use armors for affinities even lower level ones. You'll still do damage but getting hit or soul shielding will take a huge chunk away from your break gauge. It's a risky play style that can work for some builds. But in general higher level is better.

Eh, the conundrum of too much choice. There is no direction or purpose in this for me. Guess i'm probably done with the game when i finished the story. Good video though.

choas mode is killing the game for me. its extremely boring to jsut reply what ive already spent a couple hundred hours playing...just to slowly grind my way to lvl 300? So i can farm gear thast i was tired of seeing before the first mission was over? The game was confusing enough before. but now its added extra levels of confusion for the sake of more gear gridding....
