HDPE Butt Fusion Welding machine working process l

Hydraulic butt fusion welding machine is suitable for butt fusion welding of plastic pipes and fittings made of PE, PP, and PVDF in construction site or workshop.

Before operating machine make sure the following things-
01. The machine is in good condition
02.The power complies with the equipment's according to the butt fusion machine.
03. Power line is not broken or won.
04. All instruments are normal
05. The blades of planning tools are sharp.
Machine make- #ROTHENBERGER, Model- SHD 160-I.
The machine consits of basic frame,htdraulic unit,heating plate,planning tool and support.
Maximum range of diameter 63-160 mm, Hydraulic oil used HLP-46 (Kinematic viscosity 40-50 mm2/s. Hydraulic tank capacity 3 L.
