Some time it happen bcs of road conditions also and for low tyre pressure also and some time if your bikes cone set is littl eaxtra tights . So check all this steep by step and you'll figure out problem

Oil occurs naturally in Canada on the surface of the soil, but we harvest it. 20W seems heavy for regular forks?? I haven't seen someone using diesel in a while for cleaning out the injectors :-)))

If a has is produced by the fork oil, it's got to be due to the oil breaking down over time. When sufficient oil had broken down, the volume of oil is reduced. Gas is compressible and oil is not. That can explain softness of the fork. The other reason is oil leaking out.

You may have stiffen the suspension after putting 20W fork oil instead of RE Himalayan manual saying to use 5W fork oil

Yes possible . You'll need to loos bolts of Tstam and let it go down as much as I want and lock it up
