Can the guitar player post the chords between the A-minor and the E-minor (That lead us to [a-minor] who ?? knows [e-minor] where ...

"That (D Maj) leads (D#dim) us to (E minor 7) who." Hope that's what you're looking for. The D sharp diminished is simply a D major with the root raised to D#. It is our arrangement of the song. The chords may differ slightly from other versions, but I wrote what I wanted to hear. I made a complete chord chart, which both the guitar and keyboard players used. Would be glad to send it to you if there was a way to do so. Thanks so much for your interest!
