He Bit Through His Lip 😣
It was so sad hearing his little cry and knowing something bad had happened. This little boy is giving us a run for our money. He's nonstop and gets hurt in the process! Has this happend to anyone else's children? #raisingchildren #familyfirst #dayinthelife

Ouch, but it's amazing how fast kids heal! We never know what each day brings, joys of having kids. Time for Israel to have popsicles. Tomahawk hair. I love seeing your homestead growing. Best move you ever did!!

I love you handle the kids little accidents and injuries. You’re both so calm and so mature about it. I can imagine there’s hundreds who message or comment on these things suggesting your doing wrong and making bad decisions etc, but I just admire how honest and caring you are. I also love the fact you respect your children’s lives and safety and don’t pull out the darn camera just to get footage! It makes you stand out from the others that for sure in such a good way!. You let your kids find out things for themselves under supervision of course and don’t wrap them in cotton wool trying to shade from day 2 day mishaps . We all get hurt at some point in our life and I also think it’s just as important to let them find out the hard way in some things. I love hearing how polite your girls all are with manners and respect too. Your parenting is spot on and I think a lot of people can learn so much from you guys. The main thing I always do in my life is “treat others how you want to be treated yourself “ then hopefully others will follow suit…( rare these days I know but atleast we can hold our heads high knowing we’ve done our bit.) Anyway hope Israel is feeling better soon and will no doubt be in some other mischief soon being a typical little nutter haha. Love and best wishes to you all from Debbie in Bristol uk. Xx

Poor little angel! I’m glad he’s feeling better. Little boys are so much more active and adventurous than most girls. You guys are amazing parents and you’re blessed with 8 beautiful children. I’m child number 7 out of 8. I love being from a large family, even though our parents have passed on we are all still very close. And our children love having so many cousins. Family is such a wonderful blessing! My best friends are my 3 sisters and my 4 brothers. I know your children will always be close, that’s the beauty of large families! Keep up the great work! ❤️

I say, I say that boy LOL!!!! Some of my best times with my family were spent in the kitchen preparing food. Awesome Jon seeing the girls taking an interest in cooking, life skills, bonding time and good memories in one daily activity. It's the simple things many overlook.

Aww poor lil man that lip looks nasty Tyler is such an amazing big sister to them all your have such lovely children Tyler’s voice when she was singing reminds me of Dora the explorers voice children grow so fast my sons are going to turn 19 and 21 in November only seems like yesterday since they were young x

Would you mind sharing the recipe for that pizza crust? I am also gluten free and STILL haven't found a recipe for a good pizza crust. Pizza was a meal I had very often before having to do away with gluten and yours looked so yummy!
