It’s his attentiveness, he knows your move 3 steps before you do. He can have an umbral opener and literally go “nah this dude will hit first” then swap to a better comp and 9/10 he’s right. I’ve watched a few of his games and he’s just smart. Like seriously smart, his ability to predetermine lobbies is what makes him and other top players so great. They always have thought of what could happen next and how that will impact the totality of the game and not just their performance.

@@NguyenVy-ib2lq there’s an encounter that allows you to see next opponent. Other than that you’re next possible 3 opponents have sword near their name, within those 3 it’s random but it allows you to scout a few players instead of the whole board

Tried this board, except I didnt get Inkshadow 7, but i hit Kaisa 3 to deal with the Yone boards! 5 Inkshadows, Xayah, Diana. Only played 1 game though.

Is there any reason he fields the two garens til round start instead of just buying garen 2star against minions at 1:51 in the video? Curious if units fielded impacts items dropped!

common strategy everyone is doing, if you field garen2 you are forced to play a third unit. If you buy garen after the round start you can keep other units in the bench and decide to keep them or sell them in case you need gold for economy or for buying some other things

I just look at his profile and when he doesn't have inkshadow emblem he just play 3 inkshadows and 4 dragonlords. Sometimes add Azir as a magic carry besides kaisa and xayah, sometimes is Huawei, or wukong. There is a lot of combinations with legendaries and dragonlords, but the most time is dragonlords if he doesn't do 7 inkshadows inkshadows. Also sometimes he just drop 3 inkshadows if there is something better like a game he had a sage emblem, he just player 4 saged and 3 dragonlords

the roll he does at 7:00 I swear is something that just always works out for the best players. They just have super luck. If i tried to hit that pair itd take me 30 gold on average

it's not that they are always lucky, it is that this is the type of game that gets uploaded. The best players definitely dont always hit, but if they dont they make sure to stop at 50, 40 or in the worst case scenario 30 gold. they will never donkeyroll at 3-2 for just a board upgrade, since it will bite them in the butt later on (no cash to level, roll for 4/5 cost units, and so forth).

Not 100% sure, but it might be because of interest. Having 33 gold (I think) guarantees 50g in 2 rounds. Also, he doesn't need senna at that time aince he doesn't have a kaisa yet

Because it's not worth losing gold for holding a 2 star senna like this, won't make a difference in many cases later anyways and you will most likely always hit another senna anyways
