@@chitchatwithshilpa i think you can't drink your golden milk ( my kids and I can it magic milk and we also put a tsp of honey in the cup once the milk is boiled) after your last meal while you're doing intermittent fasting... there should be no ingesting of food at all.. i did hear some ppl say that having black coffee or tea upon waking up is ok.. but milk has calories from carbs and protein so it takes you out of your fasting state. Secondly i was told by a nutritionist that when you break your fast in the morning the first thing you should eat should not be a carb in any form( beads, wheats, oats, fruits (any sugar). So break your fast with a healthy fat and protein... boiled egg, avocado, nuts, etc. Then 30-60 min after, you may have carbs. .. this is to prevent blood sugar spikes and storage of energy into fat as you break your fast. I've been thinking too to begin my healthy habits once again..i suppose starting with chit chat family would be a good idea.. i think I'll give it a go starting tm with my (morning shot of 1/4 fresh lemon juice, 1/4 tsp each tumeric, ginger, cinnamon powder mix ... helps reduce inflammation) once you get used to the taste, you can increase the quantity of the powders..

Hi Shilpa....mai 5'2"/55kg hun, jise 50kg karna hai....yoga karti hu hamesha healthy diet follow karti hu.... no sugar,no junk food...only weakened non veg.... sleeping time bhi thik he tha lekin iss month se sab garbar hogaya.... Actually husband nayi job join Kiya hai.... Today I saw your vlog whilst on date with husband celebrating our 18th anniversary, that’s how special you are. About healthier lifestyle, I will continue with whatever I have been doing which is… Starting my day with shambhavi yoga kriya Getting on with the day At 10-11 have my first meal At 12:30 snack At 3-4:30 have my last meal Evening walk and weights I love sweets, but my doctors don’t like that on me, however, I prepare ghar ka meetha like sewai, kheer, gudh chikki and eat after every meal. If I don’t have a meetha prepared then I end my meals with dahi and chini. Eating meetha is perfectly fine as long as it’s cooked at home and consumed in controlled portions. I keep away from dairy as it carries too many induced antibiotics so it’s not that great for our bodies. As a woman I need to keep up with my calcium so I regularly consume till in my meal. No outside drinks for me, I like earl grey and home prepared Kashmir kehwa. Rest is do meditation twice a day, de clutter your brain and keep it clean and healthy.

I told you my routine already how I go for fat kill... diet I agree has to be balanced and calories too... waise Amit ke sense of humor ki daat deni paraygi , lol at when you will make khana toh woh tabhe khayega 🤣... btw on top of walk you should also do some indoor exercises, it will only take you 10 mins in evening or early morning. 10 squats, 10 sec planks bhee bohat hain to begin with, it will help you kill fats... please please please drink alot of water no matter winter or no winter, and room temperature or warm... @Amit good job with Paint man 👍🏻 home depot se blue tape bhee le leni thee to put it in corner to avoid the paint touching the roof color... Khair khoob fun kero guys Deepawali bhee achay se enjoy kerna... or humaray leye bhee dua kero bas jaldi se hum bhee Canada ajain :)

Hi, I start my day with warm water, eat 1 khakara with tea in morning, 1 roti with sabji & curd (1 bowl) /salad for lunch, 1 roti & sabji/ chicken 1bowl , no sweet, no sugar. Go for walk in evening for 30 min. Lekin mera weight reduce hota hi nahi but i am healthy.

I Lost 15 kg of my weight in 3 months with the following: 1. Calorie deficit 2. Five small portioned healthy meals every day 3. Good sleep of 7-8 hours at the same time (body clock was set) 4. Because I was low on carb and high on good fats so I did light exercise/yoga every day 5. Most importantly, strictly followed the above with not even a single cheat day, was brutally honest and disciplined.

Nice video Shilpa.. I have started having hot water throughout the day and I never had the habit of eating junks or chocolates etc. I dont have sweet tooth. I am a vegetarian. My most fav is rice. So I have stopped rice and started concentrating on having more fruits and vegetables and protein. I did a 3 days water diet last week to kick start my journey.
