I think what makes 4 such a good content creator is his transparency. Although being a top 1% barber he's not afraid to admit that certain haircuts were difficult for him, and for that reason I keep coming back for more. MTE. I have the same type of hair, where the strands are baby fine, but there’s a deceptively large number of them, and they’re very dense. My standard experience, anytime I got my first color from a given stylist, was that they’d mix up one bowl of color (for waist to thigh length hair), and end up needing three or four.

A friend of mine is Native American and German and she has the thickest head of baby-fine dark red hair you have ever seen. We used to put henna in each other's hair and it took so much time and product for her! But her hair is so soft and silky.

Hi Ken, I have Spanish hair basically exactly like this texture but maybe a little thinner in terms of density. I am learning how to self cut/fade, and have been using the guideline method of fading. I am having trouble where the hair lays down so easily that end up pushing the line up when it finally does make contact with the blades, and it is hard to hit it enough while flicking out. I am thinking, could more than 1 guide line possibly make it easier to fade? I don't see a lot of cuts on YT with my same hair texture, thanks!

For those of us in other areas, who might not be familiar, can you explain the concept of “Puerto Rican hair” and hair cuts? Do you mean simply a style favored by many Puerto Rican gentlemen, or is it an actual, separate hair type requiring special care and styling?

A forward hairstyle that many puerto rican men have. As far as the texture, thin hispanic hair. Very easy to botch or patch. Many different types of hispanic hair since hispanics come in all different varieties

I have lots of calics I think due to having lots of strawberry birth marks on my head . Then the doctor used white powder stuff to burn them. Remember this was in the 1950s treatments r different In 2024. But o deal with the same thing as this man but a have about five of them
