Ella Down it’s something I only do when I’ve had a drink but I still get an “ew go away” vibe from people. Guys always just think you’re obsessed and in love with them and girls are also sus. I know when I’m with my brother and he’s outgoing with people in almost the exact same way that I would be, he gets a much more positive response, even though he’s more awkward. Ive always seen a heteronormative gender bias at play with strangers in my experience where people are only willing to talk to you if they’re attracted to you. And I don’t just mean from first hand experience but also watching other people do the same. Most girls do envy guys for how quickly they become ‘bros’.
