Now this youtuber become same as all others and makes trash only for money generation 😂 boring 🥱 but he gets clicks for channel lah

Nonsense. Clickbait refers to video titles and thumbnails that are lies or misleading. In this case, I got a haircut and the barber cracked my neck afterwards. That's exactly what happened in the video and that's what the video title says and the thumbnail shows. I can think of a dozen titles that WOULD be clickbait. But this isn't one of them.

@NgiêmVănNguyễnHữu I think your comment is so silly that it deserves a separate reply. 😊 I WISH this video was done for money generation. Trust me, it cost me a LOT more money to create the video than it will ever earn. In fact, the video won't make any money at all. It wouldn't even pay for the haircut let alone the hours spent making and uploading the video. It won't even pay for the instant coffee I drank while editing it. Same thing for the nonsensical "clicks for channel" comment. As I wrote in my other comment to Anthony, there's nothing wrong with creating videos hoping someone will click on them. I've never understood why this is considered a bad thing for KZbinrs. Of course people make videos and post them to the Internet hoping someone will "click" on it and watch it and enjoy it. Why is that bad? Should I make the video, copy it to a flash drive, and bury it in my back yard? I noticed that you are studying neuropsychology. I'm sure you're doing that hoping to pursue it as a career. Could I say you are studying neuropsychology "only for the clicks"? ie, only to have paying patients or get a job? Of course you are. There's nothing wrong with that. I'm sure you're interested in neuropsychology. But I'm equally sure you're spending all the money to study this with the goal of working in the field. You're not going to do it for free. But if a KZbinr makes money, it is supposed to be shameful. It's a strange perspective. But I can put your mind to rest on that score. My videos obviously don't get a lot of these shameful "clicks." And they certainly don't lead to "money generation". My conscience is clear on both those counts. 😂

Gosh looks scary! U are brave
@PlanetDoug22 күн бұрын
It wasn't a question of bravery. It was more about being taken by surprise. I wasn't quite sure about what was happening, and then he suddenly grabbed my chin and cracked my neck. I remember a barber here started to do that before, and I stopped him. But I didn't stop this guy in time. And since he snapped one side, I let him snap the other side, too.

Part-time barber, full-time chiropractor. I went for a foot cleanse in Thailand and ended up with a dime size hole in my heel that took months to heal and my feet are permanently discolored. Can't sue anyone...it was at my own peril.

My most splendid haircut was given near The Hyatt Hotel beach in Kuantan, Malaysia, whereupon it included, I'm told, a 'Japanese Head Massage'. This happened over 20 years ago, though I still happily remember it. I don't recall a neck twist, but I was in such a dream that I may not have noticed. Your thoughts on historical haircuts are shared, too, scissors ruled!

Its good to worry about that neck cracking stuff. Aside from their complete lack of training, I wonder if there is anything positive to come from such things? I can think of a lot of negatives however.

I've often wondered the same thing. There are lots of chiropractors in the world and lots of people visit them on a regular basis. But I'm not clear on what exactly they do and what the benefits are supposed to be. I've even seen KZbin videos of chiropractors for dogs. And the dog always has this surprised look on their face afterwards. The videos seem to be implying that the dogs suddenly feel much better, and their pain has disappeared, and they're surprised and confused about what happened. This particular neck cracking took me by surprise, and when I return to an Indonesian barbershop, I'll definitely be more aware of what is going on and stop them before they do it again. I suppose it would be different if I had neck pain or poor mobility and this neck cracking made me feel better. But I felt no different afterwards. I don't even know where the actual cracking sound comes from. But my instinct is that it can't be good...

I don't either, to be honest. A barber tried to do this in the past, and I stopped him. But this time, it was a surprise. It happened before I could stop him. 😊

People are in the barber shop for personal service , and you think its ok to video them? I would ask barber shop to kick you out!, especially when u keep bothering the barber as hes trying to cut someone's hair - annoyance to everyone there.

Take pictures at Cafe, not people have personal grooming, this is inconsiderate. Would u taken pictures at doctor surgery? U don't understand other people here and become disrespectful. I have zero vote for u a thumb down only

@Quảng-y2x people make own decision. many many foreigner take camera pictures when people not want and it new for us. no privacy in grooming make very very uncomfortable position and cause much embarrassing because culture for some mean other male touch top of your head is exceptional and any other time high disrespect. foreigner with camera not to understand but forgive him no one tell him because being poilie
@PlanetDoug22 күн бұрын
I disagree. The atmosphere here in Sumatra is very casual and accepting of people taking pictures and video. Local people take pictures and video of me all the time wherever I go, and I don't mind. Local people stop me everywhere I go and we pose for pictures and they make me dance and do other things so they can post the video to their social media. That's just how things are here. Nobody was annoyed by me or my camera. In fact, I spoke to the barber precisely to get his permission to shoot video. And the man who was getting his haircut at the time chatted with me and then paid for my haircut. And people in the barbershop asked me for the name card for my KZbin channel so they could see the video later on. I think you are reading things into the situation that simply weren't there.

This isn't clickbait. Clickbait is a video title that is misleading or a lie. In this case, I got a haircut, and the barber cracked my neck afterwards. That's exactly what happened in the video and that's what the video title is. I dislike clickbait intensely, but this isn't clickbait. It's also inaccurate to say that it was done for "KZbin clicks". How could I have done it "for the clicks" if I didn't even know it was going to happen? I went there to get a haircut. That's all. The massage and the neck cracking was a complete surprise to me. I didn't expect it, and if I had had the chance, I would have stopped him. I'm not a fan of the neck cracking. In any event, I've always been puzzled by this criticism of KZbinrs saying that they are "doing it for the clicks." Why is that a bad thing? I make videos to share my experiences and interact with people. So, of course I want people to watch them. Painters make paintings hoping that people will buy them and put them on their walls. Directors make movies hoping that people will watch then and enjoy them. Writers write books hoping that people will buy them, ready them, and enjoy them. People open restaurants and make good food hoping that people will come and buy meals there. And a KZbinr is no different. They make videos hoping that people will watch them and enjoy them. Therefore, saying that a KZbinr made a video just for the clicks isn't very logical. Of course, they made the video hoping people will "click" on it and watch it. What's wrong with that? 😁
