Love the autocross idea at the Block!! You should pick one car (599 for example) and everyone runs the same course, even friends that stop by or special guests and record everyone's time. At the end of the year, have a prize for the champion. Keep a score board on display somewhere so everyone know what times everyone has.

Get a Sprinter van, convert it into a drifting power van with a big engine swap. Have a lite kitchen setup in the back, with a special standing harness, and collab with KZbin chefs. Give them a challenge of cooking in the back of the van while someone drifts the van through the block.
