Even putting graphite or mercury in bearings will not ensure zero frictional losses. Perpetual motion is not possible, until you can ensure ALL the resultant power is fed back.

So solar skin panels that cover the entire car can generate efficient clean energy without ever using electricity for charching can and should be utilized. Also, kinetic energy such as using waves and ocean currents can harnest it'severy moving energy to power shipd and entire coast cities. Hydro energy from waves and currents is the wave of the future. .

There is friction because of the spindle through to the fan blade. Therefore there will be be energy loss due to that and the pulling of air by the fan blade.

There can't be a perpetual motion machine, because of things like friction, wind resistance and gravity. Forces act on a system outside of the device that will not allow it to be 100% efficient. So, I am not buying it. You can't get more energy out of a system than you have put in. I think it is a turbine rather than a fan.

@@2rleif1perpetual motion works with at an atomic scale however when we work with several veriables the wind and other ones like gravity I does NOT work. look at both laws of thermal dynamics, also yes you can use equations you find a conclusion when you don’t add other variables or general energy transfer 🤦

Gravity and air exist, so those are causing friction, making it stop after a while. The only way this would work is with ZERO gravity or air at all which is basically impossible because there is gravity in space just a small bit. I might be wrong though I'm no expert
