I asked Saket Saurav founder of ReFit Global about the market of second hand phone market, he said, its supply is equivalent to the new phones. Because the total number of new phones eventually at one point are available as either second hand or refurbished phones. That's the pie, they are after. Around 25 million smartphones were bought and sold in the secondhand market, and their sales are expected to rise to 51 million units at a valuation of $4.6 billion by 2025.
