But at 13:50 Ruyi defied such traditions by crossing with her left foot first, instead of her right. Hence, the director included this 4 seconds frame to depict that, for the first time, Ruyi has shown subtle signs of defiance since the Emperor himself has defied Ancestral traditions that only an Emperor and his Empress can be together in a portrait.

Porqué le hace berrinches el emperador a Ruyi? ¿porque Ruyi no se acuesta con el desde que perdió el bebe? En la escena que fue a buscar a Ruyi para decirle que Tian mató al bebe le pidió "quedarse a cenar" pero ella lo mandó a procrear con la otra consorte Mongol que habia perdido su hija. Un tema interesante es que Yongli no toma a la fuerza a las mujeres cuando se niegan a estar con él. Pero a Ruyi si la intentó tomar a la fuerza, la amó, pero nunca entendió que Ruyi solo queria ser esposa y nunca quiso estar en harem peor ser emperatriz.
