What a wonderful life Sherpa has. He has you, someone who loves him and cares for him. He is stimulated thru visits to lovely places that he explores. He gets to socialize with friendly people. He meets other dogs. After all that he gets to nap in a safe cozy place. Only a few of us get to have a life so full and happy.

There is, indeed, a beautiful view from Cabot Tower, but the stairs are a bit of a nightmare because they're so narrow- Sherpa would probably have managed going up, but I reckon you'd have to carry him back down.

OMG Bristol! I lived there from 2000 to 2003 and fell in love with that city! Great to see you and Sherpa walking around places I still remember very well and are dear to my heart.

Back in the 80s, when I visited London, I stumbled across the tower in The City which I think commemorated the great fire. I walked up to the top and the view was so great! If I tried that now, my old bad knee wouldn't let me do it.
