My Mother died of cancer in 1995, she was 74 years old. In April of 2014 I happened to be passing through the village where my mother once lived, and decided to stop by the riverside and say a prayer of thanksgiving for her love and life. At the end of the prayer the sun came out and seemed to be pulsating, I felt prompted to take a photograph of it. Later when I looked at the photograph I was absolutely astonished, in the top left corner there appeared to be an orb of light with a pure white form attached to it, red and blue rays can also be seen. In the orb was a young lady smiling back at me, I recognised the smile immediately, it was my Mother! If you double click the thumbnail photo left you should be able to see my mother’s face in the orb. The red and blue rays remind me of the Divine Mercy, blood and water. I flatlined 5 times in 2014 after endocarditis damaged my aortic valve. The 5th time was for over 4 minutes. I didnt see any white light or angels. I went back to the past like 2000 years ago or something. We were dancing round a fire with animal skulls and could feel the heat of the fire. Others were gathering berries etc and other food for the coming winter. When i finally came round i didnt know I'd "died" until my family told me, then i told them the dream/vision i had. I love God, still discovering him! Always will be most likely. I also realized things about angels, I saw that they are literally one metaphysical point, and many physical points. They are inbetween everything in a radius, and beyond everything in a radius, and part of everything in a radius! The radius determines their power and influence. Us humans, have a small radius but it's still powerful. God is obviously more than this, but he's not just multiple, but infinite. I had an OBE during surgery after being given Ketamine and I could prove it. When the surgery started there were two doctors and when I left my body there were three. I remember thinking "Three doctors for such minor surgery?" The surgeon later confirmed after I asked that another doc had joined them after I was put under.

As fascinating as NDEs are, and the sheer amount of hope they give us, and the changes they bring, we have to remember that brain activity still continues after the heart stops. And can last several minutes. Im not saying the experiences aren't legitimate. Only that we cannot compare them to true death. Or to expect death to parallel these experiences.

This might seem random but... I CANNOT stop obsessing and ruminating and I have absolutely nobody to talk to about this and I need to get it off my chest (and I'm also willing to read responses, if anyone feels called to respond...) I had a HORRIBLE therapist HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE the worst but here's the thing... it's twofold: 1) he's wildly successful (and I can't for the life of me figure out why or how) 2) I saw him for almost all of 2023, I was so traumatized when I went to see him, that I just kept going, because I had nowhere else to turn... In the end, he really fucked me up. Instead of helping me, he traumatized me further. It's over 6 months now, and I can't stop obsessing over how he's traumatized me, and all the money I wasted, etc. etc. I can file a formal complaint. But the process seems long and arduous, and brings me no particular benefits... It's just that I can use my voice, and he can potentially get reprimanded... But if I do this I have to do it soon... I don't know what to do? Any thoughts, anyone?
