Same death had happened.my grand mother died at the age of 70 at 5mints before aftar in 2019. In 2016 my father visited Saudia to perform 1st umrah in his life .after performing umrah and at the end of the day he died in Makkah. his grave is in Makkah. Mashallah I pray Allah to give me death in Makkah during umrah like my father.plz pray for me

I have a problem. I want to have a clean heart. But when someone insult me the incident keeps playing over and over in my head. I say dhikr..try to distract myself with some work... But it keeps coming back. I include the person in my prayers. I want good for that person. But still the incident keeps playing in my mind when I see the person. I have to force myself to smile. It's so difficult. Sometimes iam not able to smile because the emotions are so strong. The anger is so strong. I have a mind which I don't want. How to get rid of this? How to remove negative memories and emotions so that when i see people who hurt me, I can forgive them and smile at them deep from my heart?
