I think it’s also to keep from being sued for slander. Until it goes through the legal system and there’s a final verdict, you should always use vague language to protect yourself. The landlord should have given them a new unit, put new carpet in the unit, and taken any other necessary mesaures. However the landlord did do a number of things to correct the problem. For example, he or she changed out the hot watee tank, clean the duct vents and other things. Great landlord that cares about his tenants ❤

Apartments are very noisy so if he wanted quietness he should’ve moved to a rural area with no neighbors.Most buildings aren’t built that great and you can hear everything.I hope that he gets prison time because he could’ve killed the family.This can be avoided by people who don’t like noises moving to the mountains.

He should be deported back to his own country. He doesn't deserve to live in America. The nerve of him to be discriminating against people when he himself does not look like he is an American citizen. He should have many charges child endangerment should be included
