Isn’t she amazing? It takes a lot of courage to start over and find your own strength. We never know how strong we are until we have to be!

A woman should be whole, but children are supposed to have a whole family. She could still have. catering business while he worked. He was not gone that long. It"s selfish to think of just yourself. They could go to counseling. They should of went first. They should of communicated, before it got to that point. They are both at fault.

Great story. So many women would've taken him back. I'm so glad she didn't. I admire her strength.

I felt every bit of Amara’s heartbreak. No one deserves to go through that kind of betrayal.

She should have given him a second chance on her terms and conditions after all we aren't perfect one way or another we tend to make mistakes

Thank you for sharing your perspective, Luis! 🙏 Second chances can be powerful, and everyone deserves a chance to grow from their mistakes. For Amara, finding her own path was the right choice, but it’s always interesting to think about how different choices can lead to different journeys!

Thank you so much for enjoying the story, @morgainlove and @beautifulqueen2579! ❤️ I appreciate you both pointing that out! Sometimes in visual storytelling, minor details might not perfectly match the narrative. Tamba is indeed a boy in the story, even if the visuals can be a little ambiguous. Thanks for catching that, and I’m glad you still connected with Amara’s journey!

Right?! Julius’s actions were so painful to watch, but it really highlights how betrayal can open the door to self-discovery. Amara’s journey shows us that we can find strength even after heartbreak. ❤️

Wow, Virginia, you really captured the intensity of what Amara went through! 💔 It’s true - she was broken down in so many ways, yet she chose to rebuild herself instead of taking him back. It shows how strong she is and how sometimes, the best decision is the one that values your self-worth above everything else. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with such passion! 🙌

I Agree! He would have kept the distance he created had his other relationship worked in his favor. Intention matters! He had no good intentions for Amara, which manifested through his actions. Now, he's free to have all the fun he wants. Amara is leveling up!

Foolishness. An independent, strong woman can also find hope and purpose through reconciliation and renewed purpose.

You make an interesting point, @leonmichigan5572! 💬 Strength and independence can indeed coexist with reconciliation for some people. Amara’s story was one of self-discovery, and for her, moving forward on her own was an empowering choice. It’s always great to hear different interpretations - thank you for adding to the conversation!

Do you think Amara should have forgiven him if he truly regretted it?

That’s a great question! Forgiveness is personal, but sometimes it's best to forgive and still move on. What do you think? Could you have forgiven him?

This was a strong story of life today for both sexes. I applaud Amara for picking herself up and going after her happiness. Yes, we all make mistakes, but sometimes, we/others take relationships for granted. When being selfish, we don’t think or care about the repercussions. My question, when Julius felt he needed more, why didn’t he try to attain more with Amara and his family? Amara was strong enough to accept the betrayal but realize what they once had was gone. This was outstanding storytelling, thank you!

I don't think she made the right choice for reconciliation. It's selfishness, but I guess this feministic narrative has a purpose.
@storiesfromafrica1
@storiesfromafrica1 11 күн бұрын
Thank you for sharing your perspective. Reconciliation can be a powerful path for some, especially when both partners are committed to rebuilding trust. In Amara’s case, her journey led her to find strength in standing independently, which resonated with many viewers. But it’s definitely valuable to consider how reconciliation can also lead to growth and purpose. Every journey is unique!

I agree with you it felt like a feminist narrative talking about being free. A woman is not supposed to raise kids alone. If she lived cooking so much, she could have been started a catering business. Women make too many decisions based on emotions, not logic .

Julius did not suddenly leave. They clearly were having problems, they both ignored they did not communicate. The story said he wasn't gone that long, only months. They should have sought some type of counseling ahead of time.
