Honestly, I understand why everyone is saying like “how does she say that her parents don’t give her love & affection when they worked hard to prepare this day for her”. Like, yes they did work hard & im sure she knows that they love her but actually showing love and affection is completely different. I’m the same way with my parents, I know they love me and they’d do whatever to make me happy but they never actually show any “affection” towards me.
