I didn't see the full movie yet but watched all the shortened versions of it. I find it bittersweet, firstly that young boys and girls today are a bit more accepted for who they are. I'm sure it is still difficult but in my day it was unheard of for two boys this young to accept being Gay let alone fall in love with another Gay boy which leads me to the bitter part of my comment. As a Gay boy I missed out on my whole adolescence trying to hide who I was. When I finally did come out at 18 I was kicked out. Many many Gays have similar stories. It's discouraging that in 2025 we are still fighting for acceptance in many parts of the world.

Why would that spoil anything? How have you associated sex with unwholesomeness? I’m serious, I’m curious about how that link is made. I can recall my own early sensual and sexual adventures, but they’re all wholesome and innocent memories. I’d be very curious to know who or what convinced you that your sex was dirty, instilled guilt into you about it, and removed the wholesome innocence, beauty, and joy of being intimate with a boy you loved. I wouldn’t mind a sequel, but I don’t think it’s necessary. I’m certainly not afraid of the two of them doing what all couples do, though. I’m tempted to say, “grow up”.
