He finally took me there.

As promised in a previous video ( • Kitefoil mission with ... ) in which Gofko is kitefoiling to North Sound with his kite & wingfoil buddies, he finally took me there too!
In this week's episode, we get on the boats, together with our flatmates Mare & Jay, and head towards North Sound - a beautiful flat water kite spot here in Antigua. It's only a short boat ride away from Dutchman's Bay where Gofko was teaching both kite and wingfoil at Kelsick Kiteboarding.
The morning starts off grey and not so promising but then we are happy to welcome the sun and some nice 17-20 knots wind. We jump on our Reedin 9m and 11m Supermodels and enjoy my first session at a flat and offshore spot! It was SO much fun to chase each other around in turquoise, flat waters surrounded by pretty reefs and tiny little islands. A day we'll always remember.
