With all due respect this is WAY too fast. There's no way you can make a sound decision on these huge matters in that amount of time. I guess in his case he's so old he needs to move fast but for the rest of us you should be spending multiple years with any women or in the country before you decide to do any of these things. Good luck to him though, hopefully it works out.

The man says that he finds Filipinas nicer and less money orientated than thai ladies. This is a subjective experience based upon where he met thai people and how he behaved with them and how his individuals relationships turned out. Asking a guy who’s come out of a relationship with a Thai how they compare with Filipinas is going to reveal more about him then comparing Thais and Filipinas… From my experience the Thais are overwhelmingly kind. It’s the number one reason why people like Thailand. Of course the women are looking for security but that’s the case for anyone. The mistake alot of blokes make is meeting the women in the wrong places ie tourist hotspots, seedy bars, dating apps. Second mistake is not behaving in a manner respected by the locals. In the case of Thailand this would be not being hotheaded and being respectful. Third mistake is not trying to learn the language. It makes life easier, more fun and helps you understand the culture. I think the fact that Filipinos speak English does help these relationship where a refusal to learn Thai is an issue but ultimately to increase your chances of marital bliss whether you’re in Thailand or the Phillipines you have to avoid the mistakes listed. A bit of luck can help too ;)

My suggestion would be spend atleast a year with her and just rent. You never ever jump into the deep end until you learn to swim. The smart women play the long game.

I hope im wrong she doesn't have her ring on or the necklace getting married after the house is built, did he say they only have been together for 3 months ? He has already sent money to girls online he said, you don't know someone after 3 months no relationship is guaranteed, i understand he is 77 but i think it would have been safer to rent for a year to see how the relationship went i wouldn't build or buy a house with any woman from any country including my own with a woman i had known for 3 months in his case he doesn't own it you should have asked him if he has a lease drawn up. She went out and got a part time job to see us through. When I got back to work she quit her part time job. Before you ask , we’re both African Americans .

I’m pretty sure your viewers would enjoy revisiting this a year from now. Either she can get rid of him after the house is finished or she can live off of his pension until he passes away. I hope she keeps him until he passes away. He will leave the earth content and she will have done her duty as a wife

She said let’s get married after the house is finished being built(why) lol. Yeah brother is screwed. Then he was shocked and mad that she didn’t have her ring on, and I think she said she lost the necklace, so I’m guessing at on point he purchased her a necklace. Which didn’t mean anything to her but rice to feed her family, mom, pop, sons, brothers, sisters, nephews……I was hoping she was going to play the long game and be happy with the pension coming in. The thing is though he wants to get married and she knows it’s no divorce so she’s not going down that road.
