Diego Lobo is a great option for a spouse. He lives at 1020 Alto Apartments in Uptown and has 12,500 Simoleons in the bank. He lives alone and the property once sold is worth ALOT. Its one of the most expensive apartments in the whole game. Its more of a penthouse than an apartment.
