Slightly sexy sweet story. Glad to see that Anthony was first attracted to the FL, after seeing her bravely facing a group of thugs in spite of being afraid. She also stood up for herself when she insisted on returning to the mainland after graduation to pursue advanced education. Her usual behavior, otherwise, was that of a timid mouse and doormat.

I could seriously relate to the FL character. I consider myself as not a timid person but whenever a guy would approach me, I feel like running away. I have sensitive ears, I would tremble in fear when someone would talk to me in a loud voice. People around me often would say "I can't hear you, speak louder." but the way how I hear my voice is already loud. So, whenever I try to speak louder than usual, it would make me uneasy. Because that kind of loud voice would only be heard if I am very angry. 😅😅😅

If you push away so called boyfrend after being pursued by him for a year - then you subconsciously know you don't really love him but just gave in to his pressure. Henry's behaviour was otherwise totally childish and stupid. Part with Antony is a bit unlogical, her being ready to let him kiss her just right after break up. He liked her before and took a chance, but she? Ye, where is her shyness? I would guess his kisses felt right with her and so didn't really resist. The ending was nice.
