@@Shenhe.e143 theyre both kinda equal, just that xingqiu is more easy to access, has OP constellations, can apply hydro faster than Yelan. However in terms of damage and playstyle, Yelan seems more engaging in gameplay as her E is quite fun to use and her burst could deal massive amounts of damage. Just that Yelan applies hydro a bit more slowly. I tend to run them both because they're just an amazing duo. also c6 yelan is just too bomb

Gonna post this here and y'all can like it if you want to make it seen: I decided not to dive into super specifics of teams (XQ Yelan for example) because I mentioned a while ago that I want to split teams from my guides, since you can go SUPER in depth with them and 30 minute guide videos are not sustainable for my channel when most of them only keep about 30% retention. If I talk about Yelan Xingqiu, then I have to talk about Fischl Xingqiu, Beidou Xingqiu, Childe Xingqiu, and most other synergies. Xingqiu is probably my most used character. I was lucky enough to get Xingqiu with my first wishes, so he’s been with me as long as Kaeya. They have been my core team from there to AR 58. I can’t imagine playing without him. Now at C6 Xingqiu hits so hard it’s almost ridiculous. His is skill is up immediately after you use it. Rain swords stay with the next character too so it’s great for any hydro mix. Lately been using it with Tighnari, who can do bloom himself mixing normal rain sword attacks and charged attacks. He was even my only healer until corrupting wolfs came to town :)

With the lack of Dendro Characters at the moment, Collei is still useable especially when you need to use 1 Dendro Character for each team and don't have Tighnari (she might only work on Aggravate Teams at some situations and very hard to utilize Hyperbloom & Burgeon Reaction Teams).

I had barely 1,2k of primos but i still pull for him. Since I've never had him before. Got him in just 7 pulls, i was lucky bc it was my last bit of primos lol (i spent all of them for Zhongli) Immediately building him and how he's lvl 60 w a good 215% er, 4 emblems. And omg he's so fun to play with! That rain swords are absolutely satisfying. I'd love to get his constellation, but i made a promise to myself, after getting him I'm saving until Scarra.

After I C6 him and get him an EoSF ER Sands, I’m planning on giving him the Summit Shaper I obtained from Yoimiya’s Weapon banner, to raise his damage even higher-it’s already SHOCKINGLY good with his attack at like 1500; imagine now with the massive Attack Stat Stick that’s Summit Shaper. Who would have thought a weapon I was slightly bitter in obtaining I’d actually find some use for? 😂

The technique at 4:33 for pre-funneling particles to Xingqiu (skill before burst) is wrong to use on this character past C4. It's a great idea for other characters, but XQ does 50% more damage on his skill during his burst at C4. Considering it's a simple order change of the moves, I don't think it's right to tell people to do that. The rest of the guide feels spot on though, great work!

i got kazuha before sucrose (shocking ik) so my hyperbloom team is with him instead. i actually prefer it this way bc my rotation is xingxiu E dendro trav Q (so it applies hydro to the lotus and creates bloom cores) Kazuha Q (to swirl hydro and create consistent bloom cores) Fischl Q (for consistent hyperblooms) then i use Xingxiu’s burst for added hydro damage as my other character’s bursts are in effect it’s really fun actually and i didn’t even mean to find it but it works as a (kinda not really) afk team?

I did around 90 pulls just to get 2 copies of Xingqiu to C6 him because I love him so much. Oh I got a Keqing, a Ganyu, and a Mona but we don't talk about that. Now I have to change his sands to atk% with crit rate because he's sitting at 32% cr :(

Personally, after C6 I don't see a real reason have sac or fav on him unless it's for another party member (assuming you have ~200 ER) as adding more damage to his burst can really help more then you'd think

Xingqiu is a great unit. I ended up getting him C6 over time since he is on banners a lot, or he was. I find unless I am using Ayato, he doesn't work great with Ayaka. I have 3 R5 Sacrificial swords and one spar one. So he has a R5 Sacrificial sword.

I didn't know about Xingqui very well, only thing i know was it's a constant hydro applicator as off field, i was pulling fir Nuvellite, but then i got (C2 Yanfei + C6 Xingqui + Sacrificial sword + Nuvellite) at cost of 84 pull, in a single night 😶🤤. My friends in my room lost their mind and running all around the room to beat me 😂 i was so happy for the Nuvellite, but they were like how tf it happened, that day i was blank, coz i didn't know about Xingqui very well, but now i know what was all that reaction is about, coz he's the real deal 💀

the EM stats can help a bit, but tbh the EM should be more on your dendro applicator i believe. im pretty sure the hyperbloom dmg comes from your dendro characters set up more than the others. I could be wrong, since im still figuring out the new reactions too, but im like 95% sure thats how it works based on my own gameplay built around dendro MC. im unsure about burgeon though as thats a reaction i havent really messed around with. but since youre using xingqiu more as an applicant than an activator, you really dont need to stack EM on him, if that makes more sense. its no different from how you'd build a vap team with hu tao or xiangling! hope this helped ^-^

For hyperbloom and burgeon, your triggering character wants it, so your pyro or electro or anemo if that's how the element is being applied!

@@Dimitron38 Better stats is a big factor obviously, but Emblem actually do more dmg. It doesn't buff 20% ATK like Noblesse but the extra burst dmg can make up for that 20%, especially if the main on field in question doesn't have high base atk.
