Was reading the comments and read yours. I lost my dad at age 20. I am 22 now and this month on the 25th will be two years since he has passed. I just commented about her dad and Leon’s papa and missing my dad before even seeing your comment. Im sorry for your loss. It is so beyond hard. I don’t have kids but every time I think about kids I think about my dad not being here.

@@Caitie_Tay oh hon. I’m so sorry I was 26 when my mom died and my stepdad who was there most my life moved on with out me. Then I lost my Nana 2 years later. It hurts. It changes you. The pain is no joke. It’s been 10 years for me. I had 3 babies since and they look so much like my mama and nana. It’s hard without them being here in my kids lives but I try to just love every moment I have with my babies. It never gets easier you just learn to live with that empty feeling. I move on because I have to for mom and nana and for my babies. * hugs to you*

It lead me to a certain career path and passion about doing things regarding how they both passed. Try to use a negative and take a positive from it as best as I can. I am sorry about your family too! It must be comforting to see your kids resemble your mama and nana. Those who have passed are always with us.🤍

I'm with dad!! Gotta have real butter!!! I was raised in the other stuff, when I got married I bought real butter for a recipe and never looked back! Lol. I love that your Dad isn't afraid of his emotions!! Thats a rare quality in a man/dad. My dad wasn't like that at all. My dad is WAY more affectionate with my kids than he was me. I didn't have a bond with my dad as a kid, but as an adult that changed. Love you guys so much!

Leon will always be your dads buddy. He’s a special boy sent from heaven. U have a very loving father. They say breast fed babies r healthy babies. That’s not true. I was breast fed & sick a lot as I got older. Take care of those cute boys.

My daughter refused to breast feed so I pumped using one of the industrial pumps (the ones that need their own back pack to lug around ) and I didn’t produce much but enough for 5 months of mostly breast milk supplemented with formula - the nice part about pumping is my husband and mom got to feed our daughter and I think that was special for us all Oh and tell you dad fried bread is the ONLY way to eat bread in the morning - I drizzle olive pile using a “Misto” oil pump and sour dough is the best fried . That and a cup of coffee is the best! Your dad is a blessing as is your little family , each and everyone .

Love you Pawpa!!! I have had 3 kids and the first two would not latch on at all...so it was formula for them. My last child, I actually had a nurse to show me exactly what to do, and tada...no problems it was great! So go see someone it should help!

First off Theo is so so so precious and he really favors Leon! Congrats! I wish my Dad was like yours. I have a suggestion for you on how to bring more milk. Look up home made lactation cookies. The main ingredient is Brewers yeast and oatmeal. I dunno if you eat a bowl of oatmeal in the morning and a bowl of oatmeal before bed that does increase your milk supply as well. Extremely big hugs to little Leon on being a big brother and congratulations again to you and John sending loads of love and hugs from my family to yours!
