As a plumber, I can say I get a lot of watchers. It’s my young appearance that concerns them I guess. Not knowing I’m almost 30. But as soon as they see me work, they’re like, “oh okay.. looks like you got this under control, I’ll get out of your hair” 😂 But I do get some that don’t go away and try to help, not knowing they’re really just in my way. Requires lots of patience

Nice house in a good neighborhood. Pretty sure the homeowner isn't doing the yard himself, he seems like more of a watcher than a doer at this point. It's funny that once he was convinced it wasn't a scam, he was quick to ask for more free stuff. Old people with plenty of money are an odd bunch.

It's a lot of smog and soot from the city and air staining it, and I read that iron from the fertilizer pellets can stain it too. My driveway used to be white concrete when it was poured.

I love watching the transformations with the pressure washing from the before to the completed, I wish you would show us the homeowners reaction to the completed project (would love to see on your mowing videos as well.) The skepticism that most have when you tell them you are going to do it for free is a great aspect to see at the beginning so seeing the reaction to the completed job would be wonderful. However, I will keep watching these as you are a wonderful person for doing the things you do and, again, the transformations are amazing.
