We cannot deny that Dimash can hit that crazy high note but sometimes he can't clearly pronounce the lyrics when he goes high notes while Marcelito hit the high pitch clearly and effortlessly. Please take note, Dimash has a proper voice training since he was 5 yrs old by professional musical parents. Marcelito lived in the streets since he was 7 yrs old. Did menial jobs just to survive. I don't like Marcelito because every song he plays is the exact copy of who sings the original versions as in this song that sings by Andra Bocelli and Celine Dion. He has no originality. Boceli and Celine Dion are already there and we don't need someone who imitates them perfectly. Unlike Dimash that each cover that he plays and I underline the interpreter creates his own interpretation as if someone heard for the first time that song such as: The show musto go on (The Queen), or Adagio (Lara Fabian), Hello (Lionel Richie), All by my self (Celine Dion), The fifth element (blue alien). All songs interpreted by Dimash in a completely personal way. He does not imitate anyone. This makes him a true and original artist.

@Francesco Mensorio That's just bull! So what if Marcelito Pomoy copied Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli's version almost exactly the same without originality like you said! That's what made him awesome for many people. The fact that he's a male singer using dual voices of both male and female and carrying the tune so perfectly, already sets him apart from all other singers. And if he's going to change a song and make it his own, how else can people distinguish which part of the duet between Celine and Andrea he's singing? And another thing which makes Pomoy a very talented person is that he only finished 3rd grade in the primary school from a third world country yet, he can really sing a lot of popular English songs without any weird intonation, and even Italian and Mandarin. Fine of someone like you to judge, but I wonder if you can even sing a song using a different language without sounding like a broken record.

There is one big difference between Dimash and Marcelito is that Dimash has been trained since he was five years old..and also appeared on stage at that age..Marcelito pomoy has never been trained ever That is his own natural God Gifted voice. He also switches from male to female and back and forth..I have never seen Dimash switch back and forth...Certainly he has a very high range..and I haven't seen him switch back and forth and he is a trained singer of many many years. So to put them together as you suggested would be totally unfair to them both as Both are indeed talented artist in their own right, and Oh I didn't mention that Dimash's parents are both Opera Singers..Marcelito Pomoy lived on the streets of the Philippines from the age of 7 until the age of 24. at the age of 24 he entered Philippines Got talent to try to find his parents..(which he eventually did.)

the fact that Marcelito was abandoned to living on the streets at age 7 (for at least 10 years), earning about $1 per day to eat, and sleeping in alleys on cardboard boxes, makes his success and talent even more remarkable. He taught himself to sing in his high register as a young boy, and then discovered he could sing in his speaking voice in his teens. An incredible journey for a genuinely kind and humble man.

Marcelito Pomoy as a child lived on the streets because he was orphan. But he was born with the love for music and a natural incredible talent! In 2011 he won Got Talent Philippines and since then he found his family and was wordly recognized as one of the best singers on the earth. I am one of his greatest fan from Italy, I love Marcelito very very much! He is first of all a humble man who pursued his dream to become a singer and to find his family even if he was poor and abandoned. He can sing in a beautiful female soprano voice, not a male soprano voice. What's more, he can instantly switch between a male tenor or baritone voice and a female soprano voice to sing. I've never seen anyone who can do such an amazing thing.

The most amazing thing about this is he was not trained. He taught himself to sing by watching/listening to television, radio and karaoke. Dimash was classically trained as a child, having a parents who are classical musicians themselves. Marcelito, on the other hand, was abandoned by his mother when his father went into prison at a very young age and was homeless for sometimes. Just imagine how great he would be if he even gets half of the trainings Dimash got. He is a very simple and humble guy up to this day.

As some other coack rightly remarked, he sometimes jumps in his tenor voice to a high note diminuendo in mix/ mainly head voice like a man would do it. Then later that same note comes back with the same volume sung in his female voice but it sounds totally different.

I don't know if I am not wrong but occasionally he seems to start a very tiny bit too low and then he corrects. (??) Perhaps it's my ears and the tuner would show nothing. But at the end when nerves or fatigue could hit many ordinary singers, he nails those last three notes perfect, really perfect 100%.

If you check on the internet, a lot of people can switch their singing voices from male to female beautifully. So base on that, he is not that special. I think he is talented but because he wants to be famous, so he entered the American got talent show which a lot of people outside of America know that show is shit( Excuse for my language) and for that, he just finds a way to get famous to earn more money which I am not too fan on him. I don't think he is qualified to sing with Dimash at all. His soprano voice is not smooth enough at all to listen to.
