The die on your knees part is even more savage because that was the Viking Warrior’s greatest fear was to die on their knees since it was as dishonorable a death as cowardice. So Paul is forcing him to die the worst death possible. The whole rap battle was phenomenal

basically, the kinds of shields they have can either stop things at a fast velocity, or a slow velocity, but not both. There's a legit physics explenation, with frequencies or something, but I don't know enough about physics to explain it myself.
