Just finished watching the play. Oh my it took me back to when Ayeshe and I came to Detroit to live with our dad. (Monterey). Wow! We were so young. Y’all were so nice to us. I remember you were always singing. You loved the artist Staci Lattisaw. You would always be singing the song “Dreaming”I think that was the name of the song. Your mom was so sweet and she always spoke words of wisdom to us. It was wild in Detroit. We saw things we should not have seen. I remember when my dad’s girlfriend Honey passed away my dad decided to send Ayeshe and I back home to our mother. I was ready to go home too. You stayed with me the whole day until it was time for me to leave. You were so nice. Watching the play hearing your story and seeing what you went through had me tearing up. Praise the Lord. He was with you through it all. He had a bigger plan for your life. I am so proud of you. I’m going to share this with my friends. I know so many people can relate to what you’ve gone through and draw strength from it. Again congratulations and hoping to see this on the big screen next. 🥰May the Lord bless and keep you.
