Exactly. The interviewer has zero empathy and and she doesn’t seem to understand the pain that this lady went through. To her it just seems like entertainment.

I agree. She interrupts the flow and has no empathy. Even when the interviewee hints that it was a painful period she still laughs. Maybe she can kindly improve on that.

I think this women already know each other and gone through almost similar problems. I think this women have done with the crying and now they are just taking about their past. People cannot be sad forever and at times we have to laugh at our past.
