One thing I didn't understand in this anime. The hero's party dismissed him because he was just a useless beast tamer. But when trying to find a replacement they were looking for another beast tamer. If they believe beast tamers are useless why try to replace him with another one?

Meanwhile the goblin thieves and raiders who would think nothing of murdering the farmers in their sleep were caught eating stolen food when he very intelligently ambushed them. I had to stop watching this vid before five minutes and gave a thumbs down for all the gaslighting.
