He is mimicking the mannerisms of someone you is breaking down and going through those moments when you are hurt and frustrated and you feel trapped and helpless with no way to fix it

There's absolutely nothing wrong with him ..kids these days just aren't used to entertainers putting their heart and soul into a concert which is the way it's supposed to be...they don't even know how to act at a concert ,they just stand around with their phone's recording and watching the concert through their phone when they're actually paying to see it live! Post literally puts his everything into these shows....and if you notice at this exact part of the song he always does this at his concerts/ live shows.. post Malone is a true Entertainer and he most definitely gives you what you pay for!!!

I get real tired of the comments I see on this performance saying he's tweaking from drugs. He goes "back to normal" after this song, you don't tweak for just one song of your set. He probably emulates the physical anguish of coming down to show the severity of his emotions behind the song.
