The only bad thing about when these players come to the Heat is they earn a great reputation, and then the Heat end up not resigning them for whatever reason. If the Heat kept half these guys that they turn into good role players, they would be making a stronger stance in the playoffs. The Miami Heat ha e to start keeping these guys, period.
