Buffing has risk. I buffed a flagged person because I wasn’t thinking and a rogue jumped me 3 seconds later. I loved but I knew as soon as I did it that I fucked up. Also the agro thing happens sometimes.

same thing that happened to littlepapa happened to me tonight but i was lucky enough to run them off...it's crazy that you actually have to THINK about something like who you buff going down a random road. this mode has totally made the world feel dangerous and alive and scary and I LIKE IT! I haven't felt this way about wow since I first played it back in the day!

3:09. He clutched his ass off as long as he could but he was .5 seconds late to get a single tick of the bandage to tank the arrow. If you pause on 3:09 you can see he was actually pressing his bandage as he died he was only overkilled by about 50. 1 ticket of the bandage wouldve saved him from at least that hit. Whether or not he wouldve lived not 100% sure that was dicey

The people I see on HC is the kind of comrade that is glad that he is a faster runner than his comrades so they act as bait. I see so many people, especially mages with skilled blizzard, that would just abandon their group because all they have in mind for that time is running for their own life, even if they could have easily secured the escape route for everyone wtihout putting themself in too much danger.

Any mobs that are orange or red have massively increased chance to resist, heartbeat resist and avoid melee attacks. Rogue should have done that quest atleast at level 58, handling level 60 mobs at level 57 is massive greed and inevitably he got complacent and his luck ran out. Seconds off the potion cooldown says it all.

can someone explain to me why mobs in these videos chase you to the ends of the earth? im playing vanilla wow on hc server and mobs dont chase nowhere near as much. is it because people run away and still try to deal damage, so the mob aggros you for longer(does that even matter or do they just have a certain distance they can chase to)?

you either become "immortal" which means you become a regular character but you can no longer group with HC 60s, or what most people do is continue playing and doing dungeons/raids as HC

I think it's the same reason people go thrill seeking. Adding an "element" of real risk to the game enhances their enjoyment of it, and grants them a sense of accomplishment when they reach 60.

HC WoW is so easy, people were doing this when the game came out. Actual joke of a 'mode'. The only people who watch this are like 35 and struggle in molten core and are amazed someone can not die 2000 times leveling.

Hard mode is for noobs. All you have to do really is battle pet until max. Try God mode...(explaining) start at level 1, and go to max with no help, no gear, no potions, no food,no buffs, nothing but a 100% naked toon. You can die as many times as you like. Healing classes can heal themselves, but no outside heals, no buffing yourself. No weapon. Go ahead, let's see if any of you can get to level 20. (I did this back in original WOTLK on a holy priest and got annoyed at level 57 and stopped)...granted you can still pet battle this way, but try not to.
